Moto G Stylus startup screen?

I was able to get a picture plus a contact phone number on the screen that is displayed if someone finds my phone and turns it ON. I'm trying to change the info and can't remember how to do that. I don't remember what that screen is called. Help!!!, please

I found it. It's the LOCK SCREEN. Thanks to all who would have posted the answer!!!!!
