    Default line on Tracfone account?

    For a long time, I didn't have my phone on an account, never saw a reason for it. But with recent problems and the rewards program, I finally signed up. I have been taking care of my father's phone needs, too, so I added his phone to my account to make it easier to check service and such.

    My problem is, the account website has decided that HIS phone is the main one, so I'm always having to switch which line it is showing info/adding service for. I can't find any place where I can specify which is my main line, does anyone know if this can be done?

    Near as I can tell, the star in the Android version of the app only sets which phone is at the top of the list. I have the app on 3 phones and the phone number of each phone is the number that is stared. I log into the app using the email for the account so it shows all three of the phones. I use the star to determine which phone number is on top. I generally only use the app to check balances and use the same phone for that most of the time. The old website used to allow you to set default device for the account but I can't find any way to do that on the new site.

    Try clearing the app data, then login using the phone #

    Then logout, should be that phone's info only

    You only need to login if you want to make changes, or see the other lines.

    And of course texting BAL to 611611 only shows that phone's info

    That seems to work fine on the app, and the line I want is the one with the star, but on the website, it doesn't translate. I still get my father's number showing up first.
