Phone Collector
I texted one of my phones I rarely use on April 18 to keep service alive. Yesterday May 7, I turned on the phone.
The text never showed up, but I think my text count went down by one. The phone works and I can make calls and text. But the old text never showed up.

Recently I noticed my phone was not receiving text messages. I could call, and be called, and send text messages, but could not receive them. I called Trac's support number, and the rep said there was an issue with my phone, and they would send an update to fix. Surprisingly, the rep was very professional and got the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes.

I can receive current and recent texts. It also happens on another phone of mine. But old texts disappear.
