How about a restart, and turn off location services.

The iOS app has started acting wacky for me on an iPad. I used to be able to log into all 3 of my Tracfone accounts on this iPad, but now it has started giving me a security error when I try to log in to say, my main account after I log out of my backup account.
I'm thinking the app cache needs to be cleared in between logins. On Android, I know how to clear app cache, but on the iPad there doesn't seem to be a way - other than deleting and re-installing the app. (I don't want to go the re-install route because it's an old iPad that isn't eligible for updates, so I'm worried I won't be able to re-install the TF MyAccount app if I delete it).
So is there a way to clear the Tracfone MyAccount app cache on an iPad?
Thank you for all help with this!
How about a restart, and turn off location services.
I tried the restart again just now. No luck. It isn't letting me log into *any* of my accounts! Gives me a popup saying Failure: This incident was blocked by our security servers.
(Location is always off on this iPad).
Hope someone can think of something else I can try. Thanks!
I'm wondering why an iPad doesn't have a way to clear an app's cache. Seems like something an operating system should allow the user to do, right?
Suggestion just throw $5 at Visible for a month & see if it works for you. Don't take anyone's word in place of your experience.

Click the Home button twice, it will show all your open apps.
Swipe up on the Tracfone app to close it out.
Click the Home button once, to get back to your home screens.
Turn your iPad completely off. Let it sit a minute before restarting it.
Once it loads, open the TF app. If you are still getting the error message, it sounds like the app no longer supports your iPadOS version.
If so, go to the App Store and see if you can update the TF app… if it shows you an update, your OS will work with it.
What tftess said, plus be sure you do have the latest version of iPadOS running.
