Hi ,
I have this on my LTE Apple iPad , I have no idea where it came from as it has a 5GB Mint sim in the iPad.
Anyone else have this ?

I do not use the iPad much on LTE , mostly at home on Wifi ,
Anyway thanks for your ideas......
As others have said, it looks like it's the Magenta Business Tablet Promo plan (I have it in my iPad mini). It's unlimited and has 10GB of hotspot (hence the 10GB MHS) and the TI portion means it's tax-inclusive. If it stays even when you remove your SIM, it's on the eSIM and there's a chance someone typo'd the EID or IMEI and it was pushed to your device by mistake.
In your Settings > General > About, it should show the phone number associated with the line (if you switch to it, iPads don't seem to do dual-standby like the iPhones do). If this isn't your plan, I'd at least remove the eSIM from your device, if you're in contact with the seller, see if they added it by mistake to the wrong device.
