My Wife And I Are Both On AT&T But She Doesn't Receive My Texts

As posted above, my wife and I are both on AT&T. She doesn't receive my texts, but I get hers. We are both using Android smartphones. Each of us see to be able to send and receive texts from other people. She checked blocked numbers and mine is not listed. She received telephone calls, but not texts from me.

Prepaid or postpaid? What make/model phones are you both using? Any issues with calls? Are they strictly text or are you attaching photos or voice messages? Is data active on both phones? Can you send/receive text with other users?

Need more information to offer more advice.

What make/model phones are you both using? Hers is a Samsung Galaxy S23. Mine is a Google Pixel 6.

Any issues with calls? No issues with calls.

Are they strictly text or are you attaching photos or voice messages? Plain texts.

Is data active on both phones? Data is active on both.

Can you send/receive text with other users? Both of can send and receive texts with other users.

I have two SIMs on my Google Pixel 6. I switched to the other one and we can text back and forth just fine, so it seems like just my texts to her are blocked, even though it doesn't show my number blocked on her Samsung.

Thanks for clarifying. You may need to go to a retail location for further troubleshooting. I use the Samsung S23 personally so I know that the phone is fully capable. It doesn't sound like there is a plan/feature issue from your explanation but I am wondering if it is a phone setting or possible defect/warranty issue.

Try Clearing Cache on Messages app on her phone. Then reboot. Heck you could try it on yours as well.

My wife decided to try a different texting app and all is well now.
