How many years ago did TMobile purchase Sprint?
While i can imagine that some of these are directly related to TMobile's purchase requirements with FCC and mentions to keep /hire staff for a certain amount of time... i expect that that time has passed.
Similarly much of TMobile's build/replacement of Sprint is done.

I've seen this kind of thing before, so I'm not surprised, but disappointed

    AT&T... your world, throttled.
