My roommate and I use RedPocket for home internet. I happened to check the RedPocket account today (Sunday, Sept 3) to keep track of the monthly data used. The account doesn't show the remaining data like it did in the past; instead there's a banner message in red that says "This MDN does not belong to this customer".
Is anyone else seeing this? Also, it shows "auto-pay disabled" but neither my roommate nor I disabled autopay.
I don't know if I should contact Support, or what I should do about this. Data is working as usual so I'm hoping I just need to wait for things to correct themselves but the autopay disabled message worries me. Thank you for any suggestions, advice, sharing similar experiences, etc!

Yes I'd say it's a portal glitch as well. Just opened up a new line Friday and I'm getting the MDN notice as well. The account also shows no additional info available The prompt to enable international calling says it hasn't been activated. Everything including International calling is working fine

Yup, I'm seeing the same for the 2 lines I have left with them. Hopefully fixed before I have to renew one of them in 3 weeks!

My FreedomPop (redpocket) account just failed to renew and no matter what card I put it to try to renew I get a bunch of these errors:
"Could not determine which URL to request: Stripe\Customer instance has invalid ID:
Recurring subscription is suspended."
I think their billing is messed up.
It appears to be fixed now.

I checked this morning and yay! the message is gone and everything is back to normal!
I wasn't expecting it to be resolved since it's the Labor Day holiday, so I was even more thrilled to see I don't have to contact Support to try to resolve anything!
They fixed it promptly because they feared dealing with "The Whippersnapper".
