    Which Do I Believe?

    The phone app says my monthly plan is up on 25 Sept. 611611 says it ends on 25 Sept. The website says 25 Oct.

    611611 says my service ends on 26 Aug 2043. Website and phone app says the service ends 10 May 2046.

    The only thing they all agree on is the 6.69 gb left. (this was after they stole 23 gb from me last month and I had to load up with a $40 card)

    Try to move the line out of the account - then back in. Or grab another TFone smartphone - move the service there for a bit, then move back. See if the moves could clean up the reporting somehow.

    It sounds to me like you have the $40 unlimited plan *plus* PayGo buckets?

    If that's the case, then you probably don't have to worry. Things will settle down on their own once your $40 plan expires at the end of the month.

    (I myself have never used unlimited plans, just PayGo. The above is my understanding from reading others' posts on this forum).

    I did that last month and somehow my 23 gb data went *poof*.

    PAYGO never expiring GBs??? That's worth $400, I would not abide such a theft...

    If you are sure,

    and ideally have evidence, to boost your confidence

    you may be able to get it restored.
