Is TF website Chat link missing today, or is it just me?

I cannot find the link to Chat. I tried clearing cache in Chrome browser, etc.

On the phones page usually a chat box pops up and it's not even doing that today.

I don't want to call TF. Trying to combine some balances and would rather do it on Chat.

scroll down to the bottom of the tracfone website page, - click "contact us" - then click online chat.

I did go to the usual place I find the Chat link, but no link appears now.

I checked just now after reading your post, and it doesn't have a chat button today. I haven't used Chat in quite a while though, so don't know if it's a recent thing or if Chat has been missing from that link for a while.

The Chat button appeared just now for me on my normal link. (It took a couple of seconds to appear which is typical.)

The TF chat interface has changed. It appears that they've also moved it to a different server. I used to able to access the chat box in a new incognito window in Chrome after shutting down my vpn. For the past 2 or 3 weeks I can't get the chat box. I can only access it sporadically through the Opera browser.

If all else fails, you can try this backdoor link.
It would give you a gimped version of the chat function.

Yep, that one has stopped working for me, too. The first time I noticed it not working was when I was merging the balances from hpham's extra line to one of my lines the weekend before last.

But https://www.tracfone.com/support/contact-us is still working.

I used this backdoor link for a merge/combine this morning. The regular chat button never showed up, even though I stayed on that page for several minutes.

With the backdoor link, the agent did not give me a name, but seemed knowledgeable, even asking to call the phones Phone A for the one that was becoming inactive and Phone B for the one that I was keeping. Extended service date showed up right away, the updated talk/text/data took longer. At some point while I was waiting for it to update, the agent disappeared and did not respond to my last couple of messages. But at least it was a smooth process.

I saw that earlier today. It just said "agent". I immediately thought this is a bot so I said "real person". Some other options showed up. I chose one. Then an agent named Dem Sheltiel came on and got the combine done.
