I know robbyrobby has warned that it is not particularly accurate, but I can't load the usage meter at all. I used to see it on the main page of the app when I tapped the person on the lower right. Lately, it didn't show there, so I had to tab My Usage. This morning I clicked it and briefly saw 3.5 of 5GB left. Then it disappeared and won't show up again, just shows the page trying to load but not doing anything. Anyone else having this problem?

Just another day in paradise.....
i would make sure that you have the latest update of the boost one app, seems after each update functionality breaks on the older version
Thanks to both of you. Yes, I'm using the most recent version of the app. Something is very wrong in the account -- the missing data meter is the least of my problems. A rep confirmed that my plan is now showing that is a 0GB plan instead of a 5GB plan. She was trying to escalate it, so hopefully she will get this fixed soon.
The rep got back to me and said this is a widespread problem where multiple accounts are showing that the plan comes with 0 data. I don't know if the missing data meter is related or just a fluke. Hopefully they fix this soon.
I am sure that it wasn't the answer you wanted, but at least you got some type of answer. Hopefully it will be resolved shortly. Best wishes.
Just an update that the plan renewed, but still shows on the dashboard as 0 out 0GB. A rep periodically gets back to me to say they are still working on it, now for 18 days. From reddit, it appears to be affecting AT&T SIM cards only. At least data is working, even though it says 0GB.
