US Mobile eSIM tranfers

Every time I want to transfer my eSIM to another phone. I have to go through live chat. Have to wait about 20 min being sent various one time codes via text and email. I mean it always goes through. But your supposed to be able to switch purely through the US mobile app.

iPhone to iPhone works with the app. But not with Android to android or iPhone to android.

Anyone been able to transfer eSIM from one android to another without having to go through chat?

Yes I've followed those instructions. But I always get a eSIM is not ready, please contact service provider. Always end up having to contact live chat. Just annoying is all.
