    611 or *611 didn't seem to work in emergency mode. I was outside of Fido coverage and getting an emergency use only display so I knew I was in Rogers territory. I figured at the least 611 or *611 would work, but no go.

    112 is the emergency number(911 equivalent) for many European countries.
    Depends where you got your flat tire. If it's on a city street/road, it is abuse. If it's on an highway, it is not as it is a security risk.
