    the worst service yet!

I ordered a K700i from O2 Online, I got it and it was dead. I rang and they said a replacement would be 305 working days. I thought that was a bit slow after Orange will do a next day for you. It is now 5 working days after, the last delivery would be at 6. I rang O2 Online just now and they told me I hadn't got it because there was no stock. They could have told me before. They also say there is no way I can collect one from an O2 store.
This is just terrible. The not working is not their fault, but the service is the worst I have experienced. The opening hours of the call centre make them pretty useless too.
I still really want the phone tho, for my GF. I don't have the time to go into a shop and open another contract, which they say is the only way. useless.

That's a shame to hear that because I've had great service from them and I intend to stick with them for a little while longer yet.
