    T-Mobile MMS

My cousin is experiencing a slight problem with his new phone. Is it just him or has T-Mobile UK got a problem with their MMS at present?

Whenever he sends a MMS, it waits for around 3-4 hours, before sending, and whenever he recieves a MMS, it waits, restarts his phone a few times, then waits again before getting the message...?

Is it the network or his phone? I am no novice with phones and reckon its the handset itself? any ideas?

FYI the mobile is an LG C2200.

He uses GPRS for wap, which now works, but picture messaging is still very slow.

the only problem I've got with MMS in NL is that at 94% it gives an unknown error. however, the message IS delivered... my phone just thinks it isn't. SE says it's carrier related, carrier says it's phone related... although my new P910i gives the same error as my P900 did

thanks for the reply. T-Mobile finally acknowledged my idea that the problem was phone related, because the carriers do not have the option to randomly restart handsets, etc, plus the fact the he was getting a "Handset Save Error" before wiping out his phonebook and images. He got a refund and is now looking towards getting a new mobile, prefereably not touching T-Mobile with a bargepole...

He also commented on CS being bullplop...
