FULL 8100 Extended Battery Review with new pictures and website

I bought the extended battery for $50.24 INCLUDING shipping and handling (free) including the bigger door.
site:

Let me tell you, it is worth it. I used to use the internet for an hour or two, and had to worry about my phone having enough power to last through the day and long night ahead possibly. Once I got the extended battery, I didn't have to worry anymore. It is about twice as thick as the old one, and lasts 1.7 times as long, which is significant. I strongly recomend getting the extended battery for the 8100, as the old battery didn't last that long. This battery lasts long, and you don't have to worry about it running out. Here are some pictures of it. Also, it doesn't even seem that thicker in your hand. Sure, of course, you will notice the difference, but that might only be in the beginning, you and might like the feel better. I think it is easier to text, etc. Hope this helps!

if you order through the site, you have to order both seperately. if the leather case if LG brand, it should fit. i know the swivel belt clip it fits, theres an obvious extra space for the battery.thanks NHS2003

fillthemup, thanks for the pics and post!

A bit off topic...

I just realized that I still have a vx8000 battery, usb cable, and car charger in a desk drawer. Apparently, I only gave them back the extended battery (which every phone should have by default) Since I turned the phone in, can I use these on my VX8100?

Why is it that if I tell you that there are a billion stars in the sky, you'll believe me, but if I tell you "Wet Paint", you're uncontrollably compelled to touch it to see if I'm lying?

maybe the batter, but even if it is yes, you will still need the extended battery cover

I will search for a new cover, for sure, as extended batteries always seem to have issues with many of the standard cases, and even the one that VZ sold to me when I got the VX8000.

Besides, I would rather have a friend make me something custom. Or better yet, my company works with vendors that make custom covers, holsters, and the such. I might have them make something for me (as a demo or proof of concept).

Very nice post and information fillthemup. Excellent job with the pics. Do you still charge the phone up every night or do you skip a day to limit your charge cycles?

p.s. nice orbicular granite counter tops.

the extended batt stretches out the verizon case (at least i am aware of it doing so with the 6100) so that the regular battery is loose in the case. back in april when i got my phone one of the options was to get that battery for 39.99 after seeing what it did to a case i opted for the regular battery and i got the battery only charger. so i alternate charging each of the batteries
