Where are you seeing this? I did some transfers yesterday for the first time. According to a Fido store tech, this is free. Also, according to fido.ca @: http://www.fido.ca/portal/domore/mms.jsp?lang=en

    "The transfer is free!"
"Storage is free for a limited time."

Any chance if Fido gonna come out with some packages like 2 bucks for 10 MMS or 5 bucks for 50 instead of pay per use? Coz I know some people who just love sending pictures and really ripped their bill hard.

A good run for a service that has been without charge for over a year, considering the stipulation of "free for a limited time."

There is conflicting information on the Fido.ca website. If you click in the following sequence: "Do more with you Fido", "Picture messaging", "Online picture messaging service", you get the following info: "The transfer is free! Storage is free for a limited time."

Now if you do this sequence: "Do more with you Fido", "Picture messaging", "How much does it cost?", you get the following: "Each picture message sent to a Canadian wireless customer, an e-mail address or to your on-line photo album costs 35˘."

    So, which is it??????
