I am not noticing any problems with speed or any other problems with the phone. What I am noticing is that it is dropping files when I copy a large group of files over. Some of the files get copied and some do not. I did my test with a sandisk ultra II 1 gig. But I am guessing it will have the same effect on the other sandisk cards...

EDIT:Now that I think of it could be because of R1N035 that I am missing some files....

I have just tried this method on a Sony Mem Stick Pro Duo 512mb. I deleted the partition and created a new one. The card shows up as 933mb. I am just sending a 700mb file to my phone to check it really can access the additional space.

well, I tried it. It shows 933mb alright. But if I am trying to copy anything more than 500mb, it will crash my computer (Disk I/O error). I have a OTG drive which can copy files from a portable HD back to memory stick pro duo which I used to copy PSP games back and forth. When copy files bigger than 500mb, it will start copying. But at almost the end, it will say the copy is "no good" and stopped.

When I partition it to 933mb and put in PSP, it display "memory stick format not recognized, please format it from system settings". After the format, it changed back to 512MB only.

I think this is more like a glitch on K750i. I have 3 more 1 GB (1G Sandisk, 1GB Sandisk for PSP, 1GB SONY HS) I will try more on those and let you know when I got the result.

I cannot even delete the partition to format a new double size partition because it is listed as "active" in computer management and won't let me delete it.

Formating the MemoryStick is one thing, getting the phone to be able to write those 933MB is another thing

I can format, I can get the 933MB to be seeing by the phone, what I can´t do is to be able to write more than lets say, 480MB in there.

In windows theres a I/O error, and when I try to take a picture with the phone, it freezes and reboot itself, in both examples, trying to write beyond the "phisical" limit of the memory itself
