That's a tough question, there are a bunch for both. It just comes down to what you want in a phone. I've had 3 windows smartphones. And I just got a symbian smartphone and love it.

Windows phones can probably do more, or at least look like they can, but i just dont like them. Comparing an N70 to a windows PDA phone isnt fair, the PDA is in a different class and price bracket, but comparing it to say an SPV C600 is valid though. The N70 cleans up there in every way except the screen.

bought a Tmobile SDA... selling my n70...

    both are good.....

I think symbian is more user friendlly... more free programs..

windows is more compatible with your PC.... as far as sync'ing and stuff it works great!!!

Both seem to do just about the same...

I'd say it would only be fair to compare Symbian with Smartphone Edition and not Pocket PC, since PPC is truely in a different class. Also Pocket PC will handle email much better (Direct Push) then Symbian will (S60).

With my MPX220 that went dead this week and I went and got a symbian 6682 I have to say I am liking the 6682 a lot more then my MPX. I have to say I did like the outlook setup better with the MPX but that is about it right now.

The 6682 just seems to be a little cleaner OS. The only thing is that I would have to say is that this OS is not as tweekable as the Window OS. That also got me in trouble a few times with playing with Rom and firmware.

Over all it comes down to what you want it for. If it is for office and you use outlook and word all the time then get windows. It it is for anything else get the Symbian.
