P2k Commander not showing all the files on the V3c

    I'm on Alltel 4.04

Any ideas on this one? trying to the upload Moto skin, but when I go to P2K commander and it reads the phone it doesnt list all the files on the phone just /a/motorola/picture

was working before when I tried to upload the skin, but there were some icions missing so i went to delete the skin and tried to re-add it but now I can't see the FS.
    nothing else.

kinda stumped here, can I use BitPim?

Make sure it is set as... UNLIMITED for files to load... if its not.. use the slider to adjust...

what version of P2KCommander? Most have better luck with 3.22 or 3.26... available from the author at -> http://s5vi.vxxxstuff.com/commander/

(remember it was written more for GSM phones... so it is sometimes "picky" with CDMA phones like those from Verizon)...

    try 3.2.2
    try restaring computer and phone
try reading the phone a few times, sometimes it takes a few minutes
bitpim wont work for adding files to your phone
try deleting the files you added with bitpim then use p2kcommander to add again
good luck skins are a pain

yeah, and 3.2.2 is being PICKEY with my E815... it doesn't show all the files/folders like BitPim does... But it does show everything on my V710

    Yikes.

Image of my /a/ file list

BitPim doesn't agree with this listing (and clearly the blank directory name is wrong). Anyone have experience fixing this problem?

Files are set to unlimited, tried versions 3.2.2, 3.2.6, 3.2.9 in normal, safe and fast modes. I probably have copied files to the phone with BitPim before, but cannot recall which.

Anyone know what the files: DL_FS_DYN_DIR_FILE and DL_FS_FILE_INFO_FILE do? Maybe some sort of "file table" that has gotten corrupted?

    Thanks,
    nord0296

It is P2k, sorry I wasn't clear about the pic. Bitpim shows me a structure much closer to the "true" filesystem (as I have downloaded it) of the phone, perhaps I will try to post a pic of that too...

For example, in te brew directory p2k doesn't show mod or mif directories, although I cannot create them either because I get a GENERIC FAILURE...

could P2kCommander be having a problem showing folders/files that are marked "Hidden" or such??

With my V710.. P2kCommander showed the same files/folders as with using BitPim...

With my E815... P2kCommander does NOT show them all the same... Even with P2KC set to "unlimited", BitPim does show more files/folders...

Oh, and I've tried P2KC ver 3.22 (worked great with my V710), v3.26, v3.28, v3.29. they all show the SAME "limited" list of files/folders
