Will the US Cellular Galaxy S10 have all the bands that Tmobile, AT&T, and Verizon use?

I believe it will have the required bands. The bigger question is if the phone is locked to a specific carrier currently. I had an unlocked Galaxy S9+ that I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile with no difficulty in March 2020. All features worked as expected.

Look at the model number. Is it a SM-G973U? If so, it should have LTE bands #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 46, 66 & 71. The bands used for LTE in the USA include 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 17, 25, 26, 29, 30, 46, 48, 66 & 71. So, the only LTE band the S10 lacks is #48 which is only used by Verizon. It's a 3.5 GHz band, which is pretty short range and not at all necessary.

Of course, the phone has no 5G but it's still good for many years of use.
